These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PG Quick mobile application, web dashboard, and services operated by PG Quick Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By downloading, registering for, or using PG Quick, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements in your jurisdiction. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
2. Scope of Service & Platform Role
PG Quick is an accommodation management software platform that helps PG owners and hostel operators track tenant occupancy, calculate rent dues, generate automated WhatsApp notifications, and record operational expenses.
PG Quick is not a real estate broker, payment gateway, or bank. Any lease agreement or financial transaction is strictly between the PG Owner and the Tenant.
3. Tenant Data & KYC Responsibilities
As a PG Owner, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary legal consents and permissions from your tenants before entering their personal details, phone numbers, Aadhaar or identification documents into the PG Quick system.
4. WhatsApp Messaging & Anti-Spam Policy
The automated WhatsApp reminder feature is designed solely for legitimate rent billing notices, payment receipts, and property notices. You agree not to use PG Quick to send unsolicited spam, marketing, or harassing communications to tenants.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Certain advanced organizational features may require a paid subscription. All subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise subscription fees upon prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PG Quick Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost rent, tenant disputes, power outages, or data loss.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
